Often referred to as cobots, these robots are cost efficient and within reach for any organization. Known to be lightweight and flexible, cobots can work safely alongside people to improve quality, consistency and safety. The ease of programing allows them to be reprogrammed and redeployed to different tasks as often as needed.
Selective Compliance Articulated Robot Arm, or SCARA, robots are ideal for high speed and high accuracy applications. These robots require only a small footprint and repeatability makes these highly accurate and reliable machines.
With the right robotic palletizer, you can set it up and start palletizing in five minutes. Palletizing systems can come with the conveyor, scanners, controller and software pre-programmed from the factory and ready to use. If you’re using a collaborative robotic palletizer, it doesn’t have to be guarded for safety, and it can be wheeled around the plant and redeployed for various tasks.
Maximize your production parts per minute with a delta, or spider robot solution. Designed with all arms connected to a universal base, payload is minimized by keeping all motors stationary. These low maintenance robots are ideal for high-speed processing facilities (up to 300 parts per minute).
