SAFETY CONFORMITY AUDITS
How do you get started with Van Meter’s machine safety services? With a safety conformity audit, we look at your entire plant to document all the machines in your plant to assess your current level of safety. We look at the emergency stops, light presence sensing devices and guarding in place, and more so we can determine priorities for follow up services.
RISK ASSESSMENTS
To figure out what level of safety you need to design to and where to start, we perform a risk assessment. Doing a risk assessment allows us to match the reliability of your safety circuits to your level of risk. As your risk increases, so should the reliability of your safety circuits.
CUSTOMIZED AND ROCKWELL AUTOMATION LED TRAINING
Whether you are looking for a Rockwell-led machine safety certification course or a custom safety course tailored to your safety standards, Van Meter has you covered. These courses will help you understand safety fundamentals, so you can implement them at your facility.
DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION AND INSTALLATION
Not everyone has engineers on staff. Van Meter can help you fill in those knowledge gaps to design a safety system and train you on implementing and installing it, so you can do those services yourself next time.
