Get the most from your Van Meter account with access to your online account dashboard

If time is money, your experience with Van Meter is about to get a whole lot richer. Let’s face it, you have important work to get done, so our online ordering system and account dashboard allows you to do business with Van Meter faster and simpler, and get back to what matters.
Inspired by your feedback, we encourage you to explore all the time and money saving tools our website has to offer. Start with a few of the our most popular features.
MONTHLY STATEMENTS (NEW!)
Monthly statements are now available to you virtually anytime from anywhere. This is one of our newest website enhancements and can be accessed from your personalized Account Dashboard. Available for up to a year, monthly statements, along with a summary of your account balance, payment history and credit information can be found on the Account Summary page.
Only users designated with the Admin or Finance user role will have access to monthly statements. If you do not see the Account Summary section in your account dashboard, please reach out to the administrator of your online account or contact the Van Meter e-commerce team for help.
To access your monthly statements: Sign in at vanmeterinc.com > Go to My Account > Select Account Summary. Monthly statements will display in the bottom section of the Account Summary page.
INVOICES
Access invoices from your Account Dashboard for all purchases, whether they were made online or not. Search or filter your invoice history to narrow down the results and quickly find what you need. Several search/filter parameters are available including shipping address, purchase order number, invoice number, part number and date range. Each invoice offers a detailed breakdown of line items.
Our website lets you export invoices as well. Export a list of invoices including important details like invoice number, due date and balance, or export the details of a single invoice including product names, product numbers, quantities and pricing. Invoices export to an Excel spreadsheet, so you can print, share with your team or import into your accounting software.
To access your invoices: Sign in at vanmeterinc.com > Go to My Account > Select Invoice History.

RETURNS
Whether it is no longer needed, it is faulty or you got the wrong part, sometimes you must return a product. Our online return process makes it fast and easy to request a return.
From the order details page containing the products you want to return, fill out the return request (RMA) form by selecting which product(s) you want to return, quantity and reason for the return. A return for products with a processed invoice can be initiated at any time. Requests are sent directly to our returns department to being processing, which speeds up the process and automatically supplies you with the required paperwork.
To request a return: Sign in at vanmeterinc.com > Go to My Account > Go to Order History > Select the specific order > Click the Return Request (RMA) button
SHIP-TO ADDRESSES
From your Account Dashboard, you can access the ship-to addresses associated to your account. From here, you can add, edit or delete your ship-to addresses. Changes are not made immediately and must be processed internally by Van Meter. To use a new ship-to address immediately, select “Ship to One-Time Address” at the time of checkout.
If you typically only use one shipping address, you can designate a default ship-to account to save time upon login and checkout. The default address can be changed at any time.
To add, edit or delete a ship-to address: Sign in at vanmeterinc.com > Go to My Account > Select Addresses
