Van Meter Receives 2024 Top Workplace USA Award In USA Today
Employee-owned electrical distributor ranks among best U.S. companies for workplace satisfaction.
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (March 21, 2024)— For the second consecutive year, Van Meter Inc. is a Top Workplaces USA award recipient as one of the top 100 qualifying mid-size companies in the United States. Van Meter is ranked 32nd among companies with 500-999 employees in USA Today’s publication of Top Workplaces. What makes this ranking so significant? The results are driven by Van Meter’s employee-owners.

Where does the feedback come from? Top Workplaces USA recipients are ranked according to feedback from employee engagement surveys administered annually by Energage, an organization focused on building and branding Top Workplaces. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the survey, and the results factor in 15 different culture drivers that are proven to predict high performance.
