Van Meter Earns "Top Workplace" Honor In Iowa
Electrical and Automation Distributor Credits Power of its People
NEWS RELEASE - CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Van Meter Inc., a 100-percent employee-owned electrical and automation distributor and solution provider with 25 locations across the Midwest, announced today it has been selected as one of Iowa’s 2022 Top Workplaces.
The Top Workplace designation is based on a feedback survey of employees who rate their workplace culture in the areas of alignment, coaching, connection, engagement, leadership, performance, and basic workplace benefits and expectations. This year, Van Meter ranked 24thamong the Iowa’s top mid-size companies.
